Job summary

RWS is seeking AI Conversation Recording Contributors to join a Lithuanian speech data collection project and help evaluate and improve speech recognition and conversational AI models. The freelance, work-from-home opportunity offers flexible, task-based duties (approximately 2-4 hours daily) with immediate start.

You will record natural Lithuanian speech, annotate data, and provide metadata following project guidelines.

• Annotate collected speech data according to the instructions provided.
• Provide the required information and metadata related to each recording.

This short project offers an opportunity to evaluate and improve speech recognition and conversational AI technologies by providing spontaneous speech collected from real-life situations.

How Your Recordings Will Be Used

The collected recordings, annotations, and related metadata will be used to evaluate the spontaneous speech capabilities of speech-enabled AI models. The compiled data may be reviewed for quality and incorporated into datasets used for research, development, testing, and improvement of AI systems.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Native-level fluency in Lithuanian (Lithuania).
• Authentic pronunciation and strong familiarity with the target language through everyday use.
• Advanced level of English to understand written instructions.
• Contributors must not imitate dialects or accents that are not their own.
• Experience with speech recording or data annotation projects is an advantage, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail when providing annotations and recording metadata.
• Ability to follow detailed project and recording instructions.

Technical Requirements

• Quiet room or recording space with minimal background noise.
• Computer microphone or headset with microphone.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Ability to access and use an online recording platform.
