Job summary

Resource Label Group in Garner, NC is seeking a Material Coordinator to join our press support team. This role combines feeder operation with responsibility for pressroom materials and consumable inventory, ensuring smooth material flow and uninterrupted production.

You will coordinate inks, coatings, and related supplies, maintain accurate inventory records, and partner with Purchasing on stock levels and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year in manufacturing; 2+ years preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow guidance from Press Operators and management.
• Maintain inventory records and coordinate with Purchasing.
• Plan, stage, store, and use inks, coatings, and materials.
• Review consumable inventory and report to Finance monthly.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory management and material flow.
• Keep work areas clean and organized per housekeeping standards.
