Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2+ years of hands-on electrical troubleshooting or battery maintenance.
• Working knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and diagnostics.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair lithium-ion battery systems in forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and testing for battery performance.
• Identify and resolve electrical, mechanical, and battery issues.
• Use diagnostic tools and manufacturer guidelines for repairs.
• Inspect wiring, connectors, and related electrical components.
• Replace battery components per specifications and safety procedures.
• Operate forklifts to move batteries and components safely.
• Maintain records of inspections and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with service teams and management on complex issues.
