Job summary

Arcola Elementary School in Aldie, Virginia, is seeking a Literacy Tutor to work with K–3 students in small groups to support early literacy skills. You will collaborate with reading specialists to reinforce phonemic awareness and fluency.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and may hold Virginia teaching licensure at K–8. This is a part-time, on-site position with banded pay rates. Working hours vary and the role reports to the principal.
