Carnegie Learning is seeking a part-time Professional Learning Specialist to facilitate workshops for K-12 educators, both in-person and virtual, and to provide coaching and job-embedded support. The role involves designing custom sessions, supporting partners, and possibly contributing to sales efforts through proposals and pilots.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in Education, 3+ years of teaching, and experience mentoring or delivering professional learning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years teaching experience in relevant field.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or delivering professional learning is preferred.
• Flexible schedule and availability during summer and/or school year.
• Understanding of school and district infrastructure including technology environments and management.
• Demonstrated strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Facilitate professional learning workshops (initial implementation, virtual, and conference presentations).
• Deliver job-embedded professional learning through coaching cycles, demonstration lessons, co-teaching, and PLC facilitation.
• Design and deliver custom professional learning workshops per partner needs; support sales through RFPs, proposals, and pilot opportunities.
• Provide tutoring services to CL customers as needed.
