• Work closely with teachers and other Literacy Coaches to provide high quality literacy instruction and intervention.
• Must be able to develop and maintain positive relationships with Western Elementary students and staff.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with students, teachers and administration.
• Successfully creates plans for leveled literacy groups, with teacher guidance.
