Job summary

Co-op Academy Belle Vue is seeking a Literacy Coach to lead literacy development across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will work with the English department and library to deliver an inclusive program that supports academic and personal growth.

You will contribute to a positive learning climate, focus on safeguarding, and drive high standards of behaviour and attainment for pupils in a growing secondary academy.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures (training will be provided).

As a Literacy Coach you will play a pivotal role in developing the academic, social and emotional development of our students. Working closely with the English department and the library you will continue to deliver a well rounded, inclusive environment that our students thrive in both academically and socially.

Qualifications
