Walworth Cellars, located in Walworth, WI, is hiring a Sales Associate to provide high-end shopping experiences for guests. You will deliver knowledgeable service, manage POS transactions, stock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service to every customer.
• Operate the register and POS system accurately for purchases, returns, and reports.
• Keep shelves, coolers, and displays stocked, clean, and front-faced.
• Maintain store cleanliness at all times including restrooms, floors, counters, and windows.
• Stay up-to-date on promotions, product placement, and pricing.
• Assist customers with wine, liquor, or beer selections and make recommendations.
• Build displays and organize featured products.
• Report customer concerns or operational issues to leadership promptly.
• Follow all safety, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures.
• Work with the team and follow directions from Leads, Assistant Managers, and Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service to every customer

• Work collaboratively with the team and follow direction from Leads, Assistant Managers, and the Store Manager
• Perform other tasks as needed to support the store
