Gopuff seeks a rockstar, self-starting individual to lead a start-up Retail Operation as a Liquor Store Associate. You will run a customer-facing retail location with support from a strong central team, delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales.

You will build a sales-focused culture, manage store appearance, and coach team members to meet brand standards. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and physical capability.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail sales, customer service, or hospitality management experience.
• Experience on a sales-focused team and creating a sales culture/environment.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires.
• Lift up to 49 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general operations according to company policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain a sales and service culture focused on customer experience, brand awareness, and loyalty.
• Ownership of overall store appearance in accordance with marketing and merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure visual presentation guidelines are maintained, including signage and pricing.
• Maintain store inventory levels and safety standards; ensure asset protection.
• Participate in product knowledge training and implement in-store through team coaching.
• Effectively use company information, tools, and systems to meet customer and team member needs.
• Drive retail sales, margin, and company metrics.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail sales, customer service, or hospitality management experience
• Prior experience on a sales-focused team and creating a sales culture/environment, and managing overall financial performance
• 21 years of age or older
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires
• Strong business agility and flexibility
• Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks at a time and meet deadlines
• History of willingly assisting others and acting as a team player
• Lift up to 49 lbs

Pay

• Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing, and pay may vary depending on your location. Compensation for U.S. locations is based on a cost-of-labor index for that geographic area. Boca Raton: $14.75 per hour
• The salary range above reflects what we'd reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
