Albertsons Companies is seeking a Liquor Clerk/Head to lead the licensed area, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure compliance with all liquor laws. You will supervise 2–15 associates, manage inventory, and collaborate with Store Director and HR to maintain RAMP certification.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on safety and accuracy, and flexibility to cover peak hours. This is a union position with benefits and weekly pay.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the licensed area: supervise associates, provide customer service, and achieve sales and inventory goals.
• Ensure compliance with Acme policies, including restricted sales.
• Comply with state liquor laws governing sale and consumption of alcohol.
• Collaborate with Store Director and HR to maintain RAMP certification records.
• Supervise 2–15 associates in a fast-paced environment and recommend disciplinary action when needed.
• Operate POS and ordering tools; rotate stock and maintain signage.
• Maintain a safe, clean department aligned with environmental standards.
• Work hours as directed by Store Director to cover peak times.
