Job summary

Cub Liquor - Plymouth is hiring for a part-time position. The role focuses on delivering friendly customer service, accurate checkout, and helpful product guidance in a busy liquor store environment.

Applicants should be enthusiastic about wine, beer, and food pairings, compliant with carding laws, and eager to grow with the team while supporting merchandising and store upkeep.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing with strong customer service.
• Experience working in a liquor store.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, and food pairings.
• Understanding of municipal/state/county location carding laws.
• Ability to create displays and stock shelves with accuracy and enthusiasm.
• Motivated to grow career and continue learning.

Responsibilities

• Make lasting connections with customers.
• Ring up customer purchases accurately and efficiently.
• Problem solve customer questions and/or concerns (may need to call a manager).
• Fill and rotate cases and displays (up to 50 lbs).
• Assist with receiving products and merchandising to keep shelves full.
• Help maintain a clean and safe store.

Location: Cub Liquor - Plymouth

Reports to: Liquor Store Manager

Classification: Part Time

Rate of Pay: Up to $17.00

Hours: Sunday - Saturday, varied hours

• Fill and rotate cases and displays (may be some heavy lifting-up to 50lbs)
• Assist with receiving products and merchandising to keep our shelves full
• Help maintain a clean and safe store
• Work with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome store
