Job summary

Summit Midstream Partners in North Dakota is seeking a Field Operator to inspect, maintain and repair pipelines, LACT units, and related facilities under supervision. You will work on-site across gathering systems, coordinating with management and external crews to ensure safe operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include on-call coverage, safety, completing required paperwork, and responding to emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2+ years of general pipeline experience in the natural gas industry.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain and repair pipelines, LACT units, and related facilities as assigned.
• Work on-site with supervision from management, mentors, or subject matter experts.
• Coordinate with landowners, emergency responders, contractors and other pipeline companies.
• Operate and assist in maintenance activities at LACT facilities and monitor pressures.
• Complete required forms, records and reports and respond to pipeline emergencies.
