Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Product Manager for North America Cash Concentration capabilities. You will balance a mature, scalable product portfolio with future capability development, collaborating with Sales, Treasury, Risk, Operations and Technology to drive product performance and modernization.

The role requires strategic thinking, execution, and influence within a matrixed organization, with responsibilities spanning governance, risk and client-focused innovation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in product management and liquidity solutions.
Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Cash Concentration and related liquidity products.
Identify market opportunities and inform future product investments.
Partner with executive leadership to set long-term strategy for Global Liquidity Platform.
Lead development of new liquidity capabilities including digital and real-time initiatives.
Manage product lifecycle from concept through implementation and governance.
