Job summary

Bank of America in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Product Manager for North America Cash Concentration to balance a mature, scaled product portfolio with the development of future capabilities that meet evolving client needs and regulatory expectations.

You will work with Sales, Treasury, Risk, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to drive product performance, platform modernization, and client‑centric innovation in a highly matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated product management experience with strategy and lifecycle governance.
• Strong knowledge of cash concentration and liquidity management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for Cash Concentration and global liquidity products.
• Identify market opportunities and inform future product investments.
• Partner with executive leadership to set long-term strategy for Global Liquidity Platform.
• Lead development of new liquidity capabilities including digital and real-time solutions.
• Define business requirements with Technology and Operations and prioritize development.
• Manage product lifecycle from concept to commercialization and implementation.
