Job summary

Ideal Ready Mix in Ottumwa, IA is hiring a Tanker Driver to safely transport liquid materials to job sites. You’ll operate tanker trucks in compliance with DOT and company safety policies, perform pre- and post-trip inspections, and load/unload liquids.

The role requires a valid Class A CDL with air brakes, willingness to travel and work nights/weekends, and a strong commitment to accurate logs and paperwork. Competitive pay and PTO from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Valid Class A CDL with air brakes.
• Willing to travel and work nights/weekends as needed.
• OTR or flatbed experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate tanker trucks in DOT-compliant and safety policy adherence.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections.
• Load/unload liquid materials safely.
• Complete required logs and paperwork.
