Caris Life Sciences is seeking a Liquid Product Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of liquid oncology products, guiding development, launch, and adoption across an assigned geography. You will partner with local commercial teams to drive market entry and ongoing rollout.

The role emphasizes field engagement, shaping strategy with customers, and delivering business solutions to hospital systems while maintaining competitive knowledge and post-sale support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 5–7 years of experience in molecular diagnostics or relevant industry.
• Strong knowledge of oncology therapeutics and molecular laboratory science.
• Proficient MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint; willingness to travel.
• Spend 75% of time in the field meeting with clients and prospects.
• MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a product roadmap with an assigned geography from concept to commercial adoption.
• Partner with local commercial teams on product adoption, development, launch and adoption.
• Identify and build strategies tailored to specific customer and company needs.
• Collaborate across business units on go-to-market strategies and ensure end-to-end execution.
• Provide post-sales service to accounts and pursue additional business opportunities.
• Maintain assets and complete administrative tasks (CRM, reports, plans, etc.).
