Role Description

The Liquid Meter Proving Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. This role is responsible for performing meter proving, calibration, and verification services on various types of liquid meters, following established procedures and safety standards. The technician will operate and maintain proving equipment, document test results, prepare reports, and communicate findings to supervisors, clients, and other team members. Daily tasks include troubleshooting meter performance issues, conducting routine inspections, and assisting in the setup and teardown of equipment at customer facilities or company sites. The role also involves adhering to safety protocols, maintaining accurate records, and supporting continuous improvement of proving processes.

Qualifications

• Experience working with meters and related measurement equipment; ability to understand meter operation and performance.
