Job summary

The role involves running computerized systems and ensuring product quality within our egg production line. Candidates should have the ability to work in high and confined spaces, operate processing systems safely, and maintain our high food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work overtime and/or weekends when required.
• Three to six months of related experience preferred.
• Dairy experience or pasteurization experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Run computerized process systems safely and efficiently.
• Detect and report system abnormalities.
• Clean and maintain equipment to ensure quality standards.
• Monitor chemical usage and ensure compliance with USDA standards.
• Prepare written reports and logs.

Skills

Ability and willingness to assist in other areas of the business

Ability to operate the HTST processing system

Understanding of sanitation and bacterial control

Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

Good communication skills

Ability to maintain records and documentation

Ability to work in high and confined spaces

Bilingual (Spanish-English)

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
