Qualifications

• No formal education required.
• Ability to read simple words and number sequences.
• Ability to print and speak simple sentences.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide with tens and hundreds.
• Ability to use money, weight, volume and distance units.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product from ovens for size, color and weight to meet specs.
• Realign products before freezing to ensure flat, uniform shapes.
• Inspect products before robot sorting for damages or nonconformance.
• Perform sanitation duties as needed.
• Add fillings to products where required.
• Fold omelets or squares.
• Count patties and package accurately.
• Assemble boxes and insert bags.
• Adhere to GMPs, sanitary conditions and report safety issues.
• Ensure food safety and quality of MFI products.
• Follow safety policies and perform other duties.
