Job summary

Airgas in Nashville, TN seeks a Cylinder Maintenance Technician to rehab and repair Liquid Cylinder tanks, perform NER testing, polish, and apply decals for shipping. You will receive, inspect, and prepare cylinders, follow LCR manuals, and support warehouse and inventory tasks.

Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to read manuals, and complete safety training. Pre-employment checks apply; overtime may be required; must pass HHM regulations tests after training.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English.
• Pre-employment and random drug testing, physical and background screen applies.

Responsibilities

• Repair Liquid Cylinder tanks and rehab (industrial and beverage).
• Receive, inspect, and prepare cylinders for shipping.
• Perform NER testing, polish tanks, and install decals.
• Follow LCR rehab manuals and safety procedures.
• Maintain shop tools and inventory; assist warehouse tasks.
• Report problems and complete inspection reports.
• Attend safety meetings and uphold safety policies.
