Job summary

Jabil in Florence, Kentucky is seeking a Liquid Cooling Technician on PM-AM shift (Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday). You will troubleshoot liquid cooling equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and develop standard work instructions to ensure reliable operations.

Work with industrial and quality engineering to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and maintain process quality. Prior experience with fluid handling and HVAC/refrigeration is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with fluid handling equipment, pumps, valves, piping, sensors, and pressure/flow measurement systems.
• Experience performing preventive maintenance and supporting production equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, equipment manuals, specifications documents, MES systems and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for liquid cooling flushing, filling, purging, draining, and leak testing equipment.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot malfunctions, including flow and pressure issues.
• Inspect and resolve issues with filters, valves, hoses, fittings, sensors and other components.
• Execute periodic maintenance checks and preventive maintenance for liquid cooling equipment.
• Maintain PM records and track equipment performance, downtime, and recurring failures.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and SWIs for liquid cooling operations.
• Support operator training and ensure adherence to approved operating procedures.
• Identify process deviations, escalate abnormalities, and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Assist engineering with performance studies, process validation, and continuous improvement.
