Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Liquid Cooling Technician to provide hands-on technical support for liquid cooling systems. You will troubleshoot equipment issues, monitor process parameters, and implement preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation.

You will work with industrial and quality engineering teams to improve reliability, minimize downtime, and maintain high process quality across shifts in Florence, KY.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with fluid handling equipment and maintenance.
Ability to read mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
Experience performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting production equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on technical support for liquid cooling flushing, filling, purging, draining, and leak testing equipment.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, including flow/pressure issues.
Execute periodic maintenance checks and maintain PM records for equipment performance.
Develop and maintain SOPs and SWIs for liquid cooling operations.
Assist engineering with process validation and continuous improvement activities.

Skills

Fluid handling equipment experience

Pumps, valves, piping, sensors

Reading mechanical drawings

Preventive maintenance experience

Education

Associate degree or technical diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering
