Job summary

Accelsius is seeking a Liquid Cooling Mechanical Engineer to design server-level liquid cooling hardware for AI and HPC platforms, including cold plate loops, server plumbing, manifolds, and pressure-containing assemblies. You will translate prototypes into manufacturable hardware and work with R&D technicians to validate in the lab.

The role reports to the Server Cooling Product Manager, requiring hands-on ownership across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customer teams in Austin,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years designing liquid cooling hardware for data center servers or racks.
• Experience taking designs from prototype to production release.
• Strong knowledge of pressure-containing fluid systems and material selection.

Responsibilities

• Design and CAD development for cold plate loops, manifolds, and piping.
• Lead DFM and supplier collaboration from RFQ through first article.
• Perform FEA to assess deformation and stress in pressure-containing parts.
• Define test requirements and support assembly and validation tests.
