Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Hardware Engineer, Liquid Cooling, to own the liquid cooling infrastructure from rack to facility interfaces and to automate the hardware lifecycle. You will work closely with data center facilities, server OEMs, and cooling vendors to qualify platforms and resolve issues while driving platform automation and design improvements.

The role requires a BS in CS/Engineering or equivalent, 4+ years in relevant hardware roles, and strong Python/Ansible with Redfish/IPMI/SSH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4+ years in hardware, infra, thermal, or platform engineering in data center/cloud/HPC.
• Strong data center thermal design knowledge and leak detection methods.
• Deep knowledge of server hardware and fleet management.
• Proficiency in Python or Ansible with programmatic hardware interaction (Redfish/IPMI/SSH).
• Experience supporting production infra and on-call incident escalation.

Responsibilities

• Own liquid cooling infrastructure from rack to facility interface.
• Automate liquid cooling hardware lifecycle and management services.
• Build monitoring, alerting, and control systems for pumps, valves, and sensors.
• Escalate and troubleshoot live production thermal events to root cause.
