Job summary

Raytheon Technologies seeks a Principal Linux/VMware System Administrator based in Stennis, MS to support mission-critical programs with classified capabilities. You will monitor system health, maintain security posture, and collaborate with program developers and system engineers.

The role is 100% onsite, with after-hours call-in duties, and requires active TS/SCI Poly clearance and DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification. Experience with VMware, Linux, AD/Centrify/LDAP is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s) with relevant experience
• Active TS/SCI Poly clearance required
• DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 cert (or within 30 days)
• VMware and Linux systems administration experience
• Experience configuring AD/Centrify/LDAP

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain system health and security posture
• Collaborate with program developers and system engineers
• Perform routine/system maintenance and issue resolution
• Document problems and resolutions in logs and tools
• Support Tier 3 maintenance and DR investigations
• Work with customer in day-to-day operations
• On-site role with after-hours call-in responsibilities
