Job summary
Ops Tech Alliance, Inc. is seeking a Linux System Administrator Level 2 at Fort Meade, MD. The role requires TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance and offers a salary of $115,000 to $130,000 per year.
You will support implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems across client/server/storage/network devices. Responsibilities include Tier 1/2 support, problem resolution, UNIX/Windows system configuration, and enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance is required.
- Current Full Scope Polygraph is required.
- Minimum 10 years of System Administrator experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation).
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve IT problems.
- Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems.
- Implement system enhancements to improve reliability and performance.
- Provide feedback to agency management and internal customers.
