Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience as a Systems Administrator in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong Linux system administration and engineering experience.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.
• Experience diagnosing complex server hardware, software, and integration issues.
• Experience performing system hardening, patching, and configuration management.
• Experience diagnosing hardware/software failures and improving performance.
• Experience maintaining networks, servers and supporting infrastructure.
• Experience supporting software development, system verification, and testing.
• Ability to gather and analyze user requirements and document procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support administration, maintenance, security, and optimization of enterprise systems and network infrastructure.
• Analyze and resolve complex server hardware, software, and integration issues.
• Administer Linux environments and support Windows operating systems.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, testers, and other teams to support software development and verification.
• Gather and analyze user requirements; maintain system architecture and technical documentation.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and on-call support on a rotating basis.
