Corvid looking for a talented Linux expert that enjoys working with highly technical engineers and scientists solving difficult engineering problems for our customers – and can do it in a unique environment that supports national defense. Corvid Technologies runs a supercomputer with an environment built on both hardware and free, open-source virtualization and containerization, turning over up to 50TB of new data daily, to solve engineering problems other companies fail to solve. Our numerical solvers are developed in-house by our engineers and developers, providing customers with customized solutions to a variety of difficult problems. We are seeking a Linux specialist of the same caliber to join our technical team and support our command line-only infrastructure. Our ideal candidate can work without depending on Google, external customer support, paid support subscriptions, 3rd party paid apps, or needing GUI interface and Windows servers to manage systems.
