LPU Batangas invites motivated students to join as a role focused on software delivery pipelines for Linux-based products. You will contribute to AI-enhanced engineering practices and support Linux/Elixir development environments.

Gain hands-on experience in DevOps, cybersecurity, and tooling while collaborating with experienced engineers in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Basic understanding of Linux and software development concepts.
• Familiarity with programming fundamentals and best practices.
• Interest in DevOps, CI/CD, AI-assisted development, or cybersecurity.
• Ability to learn quickly and collaborate in a team.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Exposure to Linux development through projects.
• Knowledge of Python, C/C++, Elixir, or similar languages.
• Understanding of security concepts and vulnerability management.
• Experience with Git and cloud-based environments is a plus.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Support the development and maturation of software delivery pipelines for Linux-based products.
• Assist in the adoption of AI engineering and development practices within engineering infrastructure and tooling.
• Contribute to projects focused on Linux and Elixir development environments.
• Help identify, track, and support remediation activities related to security vulnerabilities.
• Assist in improving security tooling and processes that strengthen the security posture of products.
• Collaborate with experienced engineers while gaining hands-on exposure to software development, DevOps, AI engineering, and cybersecurity practices.

About You

The company is looking for:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• Basic understanding of Linux operating systems and software development concepts.
• Familiarity with programming fundamentals and software engineering best practices.
• Interest in DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, AI-assisted software development, or cybersecurity.
• Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Exposure to Linux development environments through academic projects or personal work.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages such as Python, C/C++, Elixir, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of security concepts, vulnerability management, or software quality practices.
• Experience with Git, automation tools, or cloud-based development environments is a plus.
