You will mentor teammates, collaborate across AWS teams, and shape kernel strategies for security, reliability, and performance in cloud infrastructure.

Qualificações

• Five+ years of non-internship software development experience.
• Five+ years of programming with at least one language.
• Five+ years of design/architecture experience for systems.
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop firmware solutions for AWS servers powering millions of workloads.
• Lead the full development lifecycle from conception to production deployment.
• Architect and implement firmware deployment strategies with security & reliability.
• Collaborate with hardware, validation, and software teams to optimize performance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and advise on adoption into firmware stack.
• Drive secure, efficient, and reliable firmware solutions for AWS infrastructure.
