This role involves designing and operating a global Linux infrastructure, focusing on reliability and performance, while also automating fleet operations and establishing operational excellence. Candidates should have experience managing teams and extensive knowledge of Linux systems, with a preference for candidates with financial trading industry experience. The position offers a salary range of $200,000 - $250,000 plus a discretionary bonus, along with excellent benefits including generous time off and insurance coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team and conducting performance evaluations.
• Extensive experience with large-scale, global Linux server environments.
• Deep knowledge of Linux internals and debugging.
• Successful track record in leadership and stakeholder management.
• Experience in the financial trading industry preferred.
