Summary
All Native Group is seeking a Russian language Linguist/Intel Support professional to support the Air Force Office of Special Investigations. The role involves being an integral part of a Government and Contractor Team responsible for counterintelligence support to technology protection focus areas, collaborating with counterparts throughout the DoD and other government agencies. This posting is in support of a proposal, and the position will be filled upon award.
Essential Functions
- Gather and analyze all-source information from classified and open sources. All-source intelligence analysis involves producing reports based on the fusion of multiple intelligence sources such as HUMINT, SIGINT, and OSINT.
- Research, collect, and evaluate electronic classified and open-source information of intelligence value; translate or interpret language material as required to support lead production/case support.
- Support assessments on potential vulnerabilities from current/evolving threats to national security, personnel, and resources to help identify threats for targeting and field actions.
- Research foreign media outlets via open-source portals to provide analysis, reports, and recommendations to strengthen analytic production; evaluate all-source and counterintelligence database information for threats.
- Integrate and utilize new and emerging threat intelligence and knowledge management software; use existing architecture for rapid identification and fusion of threat data, vulnerabilities, and generating threat information for supported commands.
- Produce and coordinate intelligence summaries, reports, assessments; prepare and deliver intelligence briefings; coordinate with task force partners.
- Coordinate analytic results to support the production of Intelligence Information Reports (IIR) and other dissemination to the US Intelligence Community.
- Attend analytic meetings to exchange information and insights on issues of interest.

- Work environment is a professional office setting, routinely using standard office equipment.
- Physical demands include remaining stationary, moving within the office, operating office machinery, and occasionally lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Must be able to work indoors predominantly, with frequent talking, hearing, standing, walking, and manual dexterity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or ten years of experience.
- Minimum of three to five years of relevant experience or a bachelor’s degree.
- Defense Language Proficiency of 2/2.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Security Clearance
Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
Travel
Primarily local during the business day, with some out-of-area and overnight travel expected.
