Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail management with lingerie department leadership at a direct competitor.
• Strong data analysis to drive sales and manage inventory.

• Adaptable and proactive in a high-volume flagship environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive commercial performance and P&L for the Flagship Lingerie department by identifying market trends and executing targeted promotions.
• Elevate customer experience through premium fitting consultations and service standards in fitting rooms and on the sales floor.
• Execute high-impact visual merchandising to showcase key collections and maximize product visibility.
• Optimize stock density, manage replenishment, and analyze competitor pricing to protect and grow market share.
• Streamline operational efficiency by managing payroll budgets, minimizing shrinkage, and executing seasonal product launches.
• Lead, coach, and upskill a specialized team of lingerie advisors through rigorous performance management and continuous product training.
