Job summary

Victoria's Secret is seeking an Associate Product Developer in New York to coordinate and support product development from concept to production. The role partners with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising, Sourcing, regional offices, and external vendors to ensure milestones are met on time.

The candidate will manage sample requests, tech pack updates, color sample execution, and Centric PLM data maintenance, while identifying risks and communicating them clearly across teams.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and detail oriented in fast paced product development.
• Strong communication and problem solving across cross functional teams.
• Experience coordinating with design, merch, sourcing, and vendors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tech pack pass-offs to vendor partners with clear development info.
• Manage sample requests, tracking, and BOM updates in Centric PLM.
• Communicate timelines, risks, and escalation for sample delivery.
• Maintain accurate development data and status across tools.
• Participate in weekly cross-functional meetings and capture actions.
• Support team with onboarding and process improvements.
