Job summary

Eversource will not sponsor immigration for this position. This Lineworker role is located in Tamworth, NH, with a requirement to live within 30 minutes of the Area Work Center.

The successful candidate will construct, install, repair, and maintain transmission circuits and related equipment, with duties including pole rigging and transformer work. Minimum 18 months line experience, a valid CDL Class A license, and the ability to respond to outages and emergencies are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 18 months of overhead electric line experience.
• Able to obtain rubber glove certification for 34.5 kV.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, repair, maintain and remove distribution and transmission circuits.
• Rig poles on energized and de-energized circuits.
• Install transformers, voltage regulators, capacitors and reclosers.
• Replace fuses and work on underground equipment.
• Respond to outages and emergencies as required.
