Job summary

Entergy Louisiana, LLC is seeking a Lineworker Senior/Lineworker II/III level candidate to perform a full range of linework tasks in a safe, efficient manner. Responsibilities include operating bucket trucks, reading prints, and maintaining underground and overhead distribution systems.

The role requires the ability to work in confined spaces, with safety as a priority, and to learn, lead, and troubleshoot across level duties, including 277/480V networks. Travel up to 25% may occur.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Lineworker Mech, Sr requires 3.5–4 years of field distribution experience.
• Must be able to complete fitness for duty testing and work in all weather conditions.
• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to obtain Class-A CDL.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply safety tools and daily work practices.
• Operate trucks and equipment such as Aerial Bucket, Bread Vans, Digger Derrick Trucks.
• Read and interpret job prints and sketches per distribution standards.
