Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Lineworker Helper: 0–1 year field distribution experience preferred.
• Lineworker I: 6 months to 1 year field distribution experience required.
• Lineworker II: 1.5–2 years field distribution experience required.
• Lineworker III: 2.5–3 years field distribution experience required.
• Lineworker Sr: 3.5–4 years field distribution experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lineworker Helper: Learn safety tools and operate trucks and equipment.
• Lineworker I: Proper use of PPE, confined space and bucket rescue; read job prints and sketches.
• Lineworker II: Overhead tasks up to 34,500 volts; understand transformer theories and switching.
• Lineworker III: Build/maintain UD residential circuits; install and troubleshoot URD circuits.
• Lineworker Sr: Lead with strong leadership; perform advanced primary switching and safety tasks.
