Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a Lineworker in Lancaster, NH to construct, install, repair, maintain, and remove distribution and transmission circuits. Candidates should have at least 18 months of relevant experience and must live within 30 minutes of the work center.

The position requires a Commercial Driver’s license, knowledge of electrical theory, and the ability to perform physically demanding work. This is a union position offering competitive wages and an opportunity for emergency response duties.

Qualifications

• 18 months of overhead electric line experience on energized and de-energized lines.
• Ability to become certified 34.5 kV rubber glover.
• Analytical, alert, resourceful with a history of safe work habits.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, repair, maintain and remove circuits and substations.
• Rig poles on energized and de-energized circuits.
• Respond to outages, trouble calls, and system emergencies.
