Qualifications

• Ability to climb poles and work in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lead others and work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply human performance and safety tools in daily tasks.
• Drive various trucks and operate equipment such as aerial bucket, bread vans and DDT units.
• Read and understand job prints/sketches per distribution standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized jobsite and perform mandated training as needed.
• Potentially lead lineworker activities and coordinate with the team.
