Job summary

NOVO Health Services seeks a dependable Linen Tech to support on-site linen operations at a healthcare facility. You will deliver clean linen, collect soiled linen, stock designated areas, and help maintain a clean, safe, and organized linen distribution program that supports patient care and hospital operations.

Responsibilities include distributing linen, collecting soiled items, maintaining inventory accuracy, and following infection control and OSHA safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a hospital environment
• Strong attention to safety and infection control procedures
• Reliable and able to follow directions accurately

Responsibilities

• Distribute clean linen to hospital departments and replenish inventory
• Collect soiled linen and transport to holding areas
• Stock linen carts, closets, and supply areas per par levels
• Monitor inventory and report shortages or misuse to leadership
• Maintain cleanliness of linen rooms, carts, and holding areas
• Follow infection prevention and facility safety guidelines at all times
• Assist with daily inspections of linen areas for quality and compliance
• Handle linen to reduce loss and improve utilization
• Respond promptly to department linen requests
• Support supervisors with other distribution duties as needed
