NOVO Health Services is seeking a dependable Linen Distribution Technician to join our healthcare operations team. You will deliver clean linen throughout the facility, collect soiled linen, maintain linen inventories, and provide exceptional customer service to hospital staff and departments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean linen in covered carts to designated hospital departments and service areas.
• Collect soiled linen from assigned locations and transport to processing areas.
• Maintain accurate linen inventories and monitor par levels throughout the facility.
• Verify quantities of linen delivered and collected.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, concerns, and service requests.
• Follow facility policies, procedures, infection prevention requirements and safety standards.
• Complete basic documentation, recordkeeping, and data entry tasks.
• Operate equipment and provide departmental support as needed.
