NOVO Health Services is seeking a reliable Linen Distribution Technician to support daily hospital linen operations. This contract-to-hire role starts on a full-time schedule (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) with a pay rate of $17.25 per hour and weekly pay.

The successful candidate will deliver clean linen, collect soiled items, manage inventories, and provide outstanding customer service to hospital departments. After 12 weeks, there is potential for permanent employment based on performance and business

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, dependability, and strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn facility systems.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.

Mansioni

• Deliver clean linen to designated hospital departments using covered linen carts.
• Collect soiled linen from assigned areas and transport it to collection points.
• Monitor and maintain linen inventory levels throughout the facility.
• Verify linen quantities delivered and collected.
• Respond professionally to customer requests, questions, and concerns.
• Report linen shortages, quality issues, and operational concerns to management.
• Build positive relationships with hospital staff through exceptional customer service.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe storage areas and workspaces.
• Follow infection prevention protocols, facility policies, and safety guidelines.
• Complete required documentation and basic data entry tasks.
• Support departmental operations and perform additional duties as assigned.
