Job summary

Harborview Medical Center, part of UW Medicine, is seeking a Linen Services Attendant for the 7:00am–3:30pm day shift. You will deliver and restock clean linen to patient care units, collect soiled linen, and assist with loading dock operations in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Minimum six months of full-time experience in linen services or stockroom roles is required. This on-site position offers full-time hours and the opportunity to support UW Medicine's Patients Are First initiative.

Qualifications

• Six months of full-time experience as a Linen Services Attendant or Stockroom Attendant.
• Experience delivering and restocking clean linen in a hospital setting is a plus.
• Ability to meet schedules and track linen stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clean linen carts to patient care units and clinics.
• Restock and build clean linen carts for daily use.
• Collect and transport soiled linen to the soiled holding area at the loading dock.
• Meet laundry trucks and verify orders are correct.
• Keep accurate records of linen stock levels.
