Job summary

Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Route Sales Representative to sell and deliver uniforms, linens, and floor mats along daytime routes in the Bethlehem, Allentown, and Lehigh Valley area. You will build and maintain strong customer relationships while expanding the client base.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–4:30 pm, offering a full-time position with weekends and holidays off.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 22 for insurance purposes.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean record.
• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet appearance and dress code policy.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver products to Bethlehem-area businesses on assigned routes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers; upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and conduct regular inventories; assist with renewals.
• Ensure safety and compliance while on the road.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply.
