Dempsey Uniform & Linen Supply in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Route Service Representative to service and grow our business in the Lehigh Valley. You will drive daytime routes, build strong client relationships, and upsell product solutions while maintaining inventory and ensuring safety on the road.

The role offers a 4-day work week (Mon-Fri, 6:00 am–4:30 pm), weekly pay, and benefits including health/dental/vision, 401k with company match, and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 22 for vehicle insurance purposes.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean record.
• Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and carry products.

Responsibilities

• Drive the route servicing existing customers and upsell additional products.
• Maintain accurate invoice inventories and conduct regular audits.
• Proactively negotiate service renewals to grow revenue.
• Adhere to safety standards and represent the brand professionally.
