Loews Kansas City Hotel is seeking a dedicated Linen Room Attendant to support linen operations and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness. You will work with the housekeeping team to keep linen rooms stocked, organized, and ready for service while delivering friendly, professional guest and team member interactions.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior laundry or hotel experience is preferred; basic English and physical stamina are required, and flexibility

• Previous laundry or hotel experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain linen rooms so they are clean, stocked, and organized according to operational needs.
• Provide daily inventory updates to the Manager and report any shortages or concerns promptly.
• Assist with departmental coverage when needed and attend team meetings to stay aligned.
• Offer accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests when asked.
• Uphold professional appearance standards and wear the proper uniform at all times.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that reflect Loews' commitment to exceptional service.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and departmental procedures for chemical use, protective gear, and emergency protocols.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct in all interactions.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
