Job summary

Loews Hollywood Hotel seeks a Linen Room Attendant to maintain clean, stocked linen rooms and to support the housekeeping team in delivering guests an exceptional experience.

You will work in the busy Hollywood/Highland area, ensuring linen rooms are organized and ready for service while collaborating with colleagues. This role offers schedules with weekend/holiday requirements and opportunities for skill growth within a renowned hotel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Previous experience in a laundry role preferred.
• Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
• Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 150lbs repetitively during entire shift.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain linen rooms so they are clean, stocked, and organized according to operational needs.
• Provide daily inventory updates to the Manager and report any shortages or concerns promptly.
• Assist with departmental coverage when needed and attend team meetings to stay aligned.
• Offer accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests when asked.
• Uphold professional appearance standards and wear the proper uniform at all times.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that reflect Loews' commitment to exceptional service.
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and departmental procedures for chemical use, protective gear, and emergency protocols.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct in all interactions.
• Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
• May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
