Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking a Production Operator to support linen processing across receiving, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and loading for delivery. You will rotate through roles, operate multiple equipment types, and uphold safety and quality standards in daily tasks.

Strong teamwork and the ability to learn quickly are essential. Responsibilities include soil and clean operations, as well as accurate shipping records and light computer use.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to rotate through roles and work in a team.
• Learns equipment quickly; typical learning curve 2–5 days per position.
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and detail.
• Good recordkeeping and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Soil operations: sort soiled linens into classifications and prepare carts.
• Clean operations: operate equipment and ensure proper stacking, folding and loading.
• Shipping: fill, weigh, record, and load finished linen carts for delivery.
