Qualifications

• Able to respond to verbal commands and effectively follow directions.
• Organized, paying great attention to details.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse or housekeeping experience, a plus.
• Multilingual, a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, monitor, and coordinate production team activities, prioritizing achievement of goals.
• Act as liaison between team members and production management.
• Maintain a safe working environment and prioritize safety.
• Maintain a clean work area before and after shifts.
• Assist the supervisor in running the designated department.
• Meet production standards and quality for every bin leaving the department.
• Maintain the flow of bins throughout the department.
• Sort rewash bins by department and hotel.
• Ensure sufficient linen to be processed by machines.
• Complete inventory for customers as needed.
• Lead and motivate teams.
