Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Patient Transport/ Linen Operation Manager 1 for Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital – Plymouth in Plymouth, MA. This hands-on leadership role oversees EVS, patient transport, and linen operations, directing frontline teams to ensure safe, clean, and efficient hospital environments.

The position focuses on day-shift operations (7AM–4PM) with weekend/holiday rotation, reporting to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-3 years management experience.
• Experience leading environmental services or custodial teams.
• Strong knowledge of safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee frontline teams to deliver clean, safe hospital environments.
• Manage daily EVS and linen operations and resource planning.
• Guide team development and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate across departments to improve service delivery and efficiency.
